Shipping & Return Policies
Puutty Power is committed to our environment. We recycle and reuse all packaging materials that are sent to us in order to reduce our carbon “pawprint”. This means that your order may arrive in packaging that is different than the contents of your order. Puutty Power feels that by not only recycling and reusing, the best method to sustain our environment is by not creating additional waste to begin with.
DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING:
All Puutty Power orders will be shipped within 5 business days (but often much sooner - with the exception of custom orders from Germany). You will receive an e-mail notification once your item has shipped. If you do not receive an e-mail within that time, please contact Customer Service.
All domestic orders (including to APO addresses) will be shipped per customer's preferred method selected upon check-out. We offer both US Postal Service and UPS shipping to our customers. Customers can select whether they want "Standard" shipping with options of USPS 1st Class Mail or UPS Ground, or upgrade to 2-3 day shipping with options of USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select.
We have updated the configuration of our shopping cart to now handle International orders with a "Standard" shipping option which is calculated by order weight. All International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail which guarantees delivery within 6-10 days. Please note that due to an adjust of the USPS postage prices, the shipping rates to different countries vary and unfortunately our shipping calculator cannot decipher between various locations. Therefore, if you live in a further location (i.e. Australia, China, Japan, etc.) or one that is immediately close (i.e. Canada, Mexico) then we are requesting that you email us to determine the appropriate shipping rate to your country. For a quick reference, please refer to the map below. If your country says "website" then please go ahead and process your orders through our Puutty Power's website. If you country says "email" then please email Customer Service so that someone can send you a quote.
Also, if your item is of a SMALLER nature, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if a cheaper shipping option is available to you - as we may be able to ship it to you at a lower cost than what our shopping cart may display by using "Flat Rate" box prices. Also, if you don't mind a longer wait, we can also ship to you via 1st Class International Mail which has a much lower rate for items that weigh less than 3 lbs. Please note that your Country may impose additional duties or taxes on your shipment that will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
For LARGER items (i.e. Furniture, etc.) please e-mail Customer Service at email@example.com to placing your order to ensure that your country will accept the larger size packages through Customs. Please make sure to include all items you are interested in purchasing with correct names and SKU numbers (if available). Our customer service department will review your order to make sure it fits within the postal limits of your country and provide you with an accurate shipping & customs rate quote typically within 24 hours. Upon agreement of the shipping charge, Puutty Power will send you a special International PayPal Invoice via e-mail. Upon receipt of payment, Puutty Power will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
Puutty Power’s store policy is that for any unopened item returned within 20 days of receipt, will receive a complete and full refund. Return shipping and handling fees to Puutty Power will be at the cost of the customer. Be sure to send us an email to let us know that you are returning the item at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you some tips on the easiest and most cost effective way to return your item to us. In addition, some manufacturers require a restocking fee for larger furniture items. Please be sure to contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your item for details.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Puutty Power, damage or a defective product, we will gladly exchange the item for a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact Customer Service for additional information or assistance.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, the customer will be required to pay all return shipping charges to Puutty Power. If the product being returned has been been used or damaged by the customer prior to the return, the customer will have a choice between a store credit for the full price of the item or a refund of half the price of the original value. All partial refunds or store credits will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return.
